My name is Maggie Murphy and I am your tutor for 100 and 200 level Spanish classes.
Tutoring for these classes is available in the Student Success Center, located on the Mezzanine Level of the library.
Schedule for Spanish 100/200 Tutoring
Mondays: 4-8
Tuesdays: 2-4
Thursdays: 2-4
I am here to help with anything from Spanish 100 and 200 level classes that you want some extra practice with!
To schedule a session, either:
-Sign up on TutorTrac
or
-Stop by the front desk of the SSC

About me:
I am a junior, majoring in International Studies and Spanish.
I'm from Rockville, Maryland, right outside of DC.
I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina last spring semester.
I work at Motor Supply Company in the Vista. I enjoy ice cream, running, and the Florida Keys.
And I hope to someday know all of the lyrics to "We Didn't Start the Fire".

Grammar Strategies Get started under "Topics" on the left-hand side.
There are 2 practice quizzes attached at the bottom of this page.
One is on sentence construction.
The other is on ser vs estar.
If you are having trouble with either of these topics, do the practice quiz before tutoring,
then bring it with you and we can go over it during the session.
